A Canadian composer and performer, specializing in his own brand of instrumental progressive rock, David Barrett has been featured in international magazines including Guitar Player, Premier Guitar, and Vintage Guitar.
In 2010, David Barrett founded the David Barrett Trio, an instrumental progressive rock power trio. Their debut album was produced by Alex Lifeson (Rush), Alan Parsons (Pink Floyd), and Richard Chycki (Dream Theater). They followed that release with the album David Barrett Trio II, the live concert DVD, A Whisper To Thunder, and an EP produced by Terry Brown (Rush), featuring vocalist Michael Sadler (Saga). David continues to work with Terry Brown conducting recording master classes, and producing collaborations with such acclaimed Canadian musicians as Jacob Moon, and the upcoming Canadian power duo Crown Lands.
In addition to DB3, David Barrett has released a dozen solo albums, featuring acoustic, electric, classical, mandolin, laud, and steel guitar. David performs solo concerts in North America, and conducts guitar retreats at Chalet Studio in Ontario, Canada, and Sotuta de Peon, Yucatan, Mexico.
In May 2014, drummer Dale Anne Brendon recorded the album Heavy Blues with legendary rock star Randy Bachman (Guess Who, Bachman Turner Overdrive). Randy had seen Dale Anne perform in the rock opera TOMMY in 2013 at the Stratford Festival of Canada (where he attended with TOMMY composer/producer Pete Townshend of The Who).
Randy decided at that time to include Dale Anne in this Heavy Blues project, which would draw on musical influences from 1969, such as Led Zeppelin, The Who and Cream.
The album includes a star-studded line-up of guitarists, including Peter Frampton, Neil Young, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) Joe Bonamassa and, posthumously, Jeff Healey. The album is produced by LA producer Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden, Journey, Joe Bonamassa). Dale Anne and Randy Bachman and bassist Anna Ruddick will be touring to support this album in 2015. Previous to this break-through project, Dale Anne has been the drummer for a number of rock operas at the Stratford Festival of Canada such as Jesus Christ Superstar (2011) and Tommy (2013), which were produced and directed by Des McAnuff (Jersey Boys, Tommy, 700 Sundays). Dale Anne was asked to be the drummer when the Superstar production moved down to LaJolla California in 2011.
Originally from London Ontario Canada, Dale Anne plays Classic Rock with the North American touring act Jeans n'Classics (rock band plus symphony orchestra) which has taken her from Jacksonville Florida to Anchorage Alaska with many cities in between. Dale Anne's classical music career has included playing percussion with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony and Orchestra LondonCanada to name a few, providing an opportunity for her to perform with world-class artists such as Marie Osmond, Roger Hodgson of Supertramp, Harry Belefonte, Mel Torme and more! Dale Anne is also a dedicated educator and clinician and in addition to having a full roster of private drum students, has performed educational clinics across Canada with the help of the products she endorses: Sabian cymbals, Yamaha drums and Promark drumsticks.
Paul has had a wide range of experience in theatre as a composer, music director, accompanist and vocal coach.
As music director he has worked for Drayton Theatre, Sudbury Theatre Centre, Lighthouse Festival and Stage West.
As composer for the Stratford Festival his credits include: Edward II; Ideal Husband; The Adventures of Pericles; Romeo and Juliet; Julius Caesar and Dark Lady of the Sonnets (a co-production with CBC Radio recorded live at the Glenn Gould studio),
Paul plays with Larry's Jazz Guys who frequently perform at the Jazz Room in Kitchener and the Forum series of concerts at the Stratford Festival. He has also produced and arranged 2 jazz CDs featuring his wife, singer Barbara Fulton.
In the summer of 2018 Paul worked with Ron Sexsmith on a new musical based on a book Ron has written called Deer Life.
A seasoned live and session player in Southwestern Ontario for over twenty years, singer/songwriter/guitarist,“Smiley” has been involved in many musical projects. He can be heard playing guitar on the original releases of “Orion 321”, Doug Peart’s original CD “So I Had a Life”, and toured with local rock band Roxide. A dynamic and soulful guitar player, Tim has also performed with the “Stratford Soul Singers”, “Doug Peart & the Power Project”, and was lead guitarist for “Chris & The New Boys” (currently “The Chris Brine Band”), which has performed at many local festivals including Savour Stratford, countless corporate functions and local alehouses. From time to time, Tim joins forces with Steve Adair’s band “Yeager”. Tim is also lead singer/guitarist in his newly formed band “The Limestone Cowboys”.

Numerous co-productions with various theatres across Canada, including the Manitoba Theatre Centre, National Arts Centre, Theatre Aquarius and Citadel Theatre. Et cetera: Played drums professionally for over a decade in the 1970s. Won a Juno Award with the David Bradstreet band in 1977.
